Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, depending on the product.
Standard items such as T-shirts, hats, and prints usually ship faster.
Woven blankets are made to order, so please allow 4–7 days for production before shipping.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
BUT.city is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply to resend the package.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200 USD.
International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping for most products.
The only exception is original art canvases. If you are located outside the United States and interested in purchasing an artwork, please contact us by email with your ZIP / postal code. We will calculate the safest shipping option and provide an exact quote.
Please note that international collectors are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Shipping costs, delivery time, and carrier options (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS) will be discussed individually via email to ensure the artwork arrives safely.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many BUT.city products are limited runs or small-batch releases, all sales are generally final.
The only exception is apparel sizing issues.
If an item doesn’t fit, we can offer an exchange or store credit.

within 3 business days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@but.city within 3 business days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the item is still available, we will send a replacement.
If not, you will receive store credit including the original shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, BUT.city is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Policy Updates
Shurale Company Inc. reserves the right to update these policies or cancel orders at its discretion.
